Strictly speaking, my first technology-related publication was part of a joint paper in 1985. "The use of hand-held computers for data capture in the field" was pretty advanced for its time.

The Globe, London - Leisure markets 1999
Hancock Tower, Boston - Office trends research 1998

More recently the "Connectivity" series (1997-2001) has explored the provision
of telecommunications bandwidth to buildings and "Surveyors on the web" (2002)
has examined the current level of implementation of websites within the
agency community.
"Real Estate in the New Economy", my book with Tim Dixon, is published by
Blackwells.

In between times a fair number of my 130 plus publications have had
technology as a theme running through them.
